WHY IS INTERSTATE SHIPPING COSTLY? (free delivery until 15th Dec 2019)

Unfortunately the large courier companies such as TNT, Startrack, Fasttrack just to name a few do not handle Artwork because it is classed as a Fragile Item. I use Pack & Send who have set prices that are unavoidable however these are covered against damage or loss. Alternatively I can offer a $99 delivery service through Australia Post, but this is not covered. You are welcome to arrange your own pickup or courier too!

CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK TO SAVE COSTS ON DELIVERY?

Yes! Of course! You may pick up your purchased Artwork from my studio in Point Cook. Just contact me to arrange a time, I am flexible 7 days a week to suit. The option to pick up is at checkout. 

I AM UNSURE OF PURCHASING ONLINE, HOW CAN I ENSURE IT IS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

I take extra care and attention to detail when photographing my Artwork for sale. I photograph in natural light on overcast days. This reduces any artificial glare or discrepancies in colour variation. All of my customers are surprised when they see it in real life, commenting how vibrant and more saturated it is. 

CAN I VIEW THE ARTWORK BEFORE PURCHASING?

Of course! I can arrange studio appointments for you to come and view my works in real life. I frequently participate in group, solo or pop-up exhibitions. To find out my next whereabouts subscribe to my email list below.

I AM CONSIDERING A FRAME, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

I offer framing as a service to compliment my Artwork, and work closely with a handful of suppliers who offer me competitive rates, all you have to do is contact me and I will supply you with a quote, this will be invoiced separately to the Artwork.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY IN MELBOURNE?

It is a flat rate of $49 and takes between 2-3 days to arrive. Usually it will be ME delivering it to your front door! 

I WANT TO COMMISSION A PAINTING BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS?

Commissioning a painting is a simple process. The best thing to do is contact me directly. Any queries you make are a discussion first, you don't have to lock into anything - I know how daunting contacting someone is, don't worry I promise I make it easy for you.

CAN YOU HOLD ARTWORK?

I can hold a piece for 24 hours, however due to demand on certain pieces I can't hold any longer than this. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES?

Due to the nature of the product, I do not offer refunds or exchanges at any time or for any reason. Please enquire if you are deciding between sizing, style or cost so I can assist you to make the right choice.

HOW DO I HANG MY ARTWORK?

All of my paintings come ready to hang with D hooks attached to the back of the canvas and wire across. You can adjust this wire to make it longer or shorter. Depending on your walls you will need to decide on hanging systems, but ask your local hardware store, they will advise the best fixture. For large paintings the weight is 7-10kg and for smaller paintings under 60cm x 90cm a 3M canvas hook up to 5kg is sufficient to hold.

IS THE PAINTING ALREADY STRETCHED?

Yes all paintings are stretched canvas on a timber frame. It is ready to hang.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ARTWORK?

Regularly dusting along the top of the painting with a microfibre cloth is all that is needed. Any accidental stains can be lightly rubbed off using a warm cloth. Do not use any spray chemicals or cleaning solutions as this will damage the painting. Do not leave Artwork in direct sunlight for long periods of times. Indoor natural light is fine.
